Booking time includes all setup, load-in, shooting, teardown, and cleanup. You are responsible for ensuring that all guests, crew, and vendors comply with these terms.
Liability & Assumption of Risk
Entry and use of the studio are at your own risk. Chambers Collective LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or medical incidents that occur due to misuse of equipment, failure to follow safety guidelines, or negligence by guests or vendors. You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with production equipment, lighting, grip, power usage, and general physical activity on set.

You are financially responsible for any damage to the studio, equipment, furnishings, floors, walls, or fixtures caused by you, your crew, your clients, or your vendors. This includes spills, scratches, stains, breakage, improper power usage, or failure to follow safety protocols. Repairs or replacements will be billed at cost.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chambers Collective LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the space, actions of your guests or crew, equipment brought in by you, or violations of these terms.

The studio may not be used for illegal activity, adult content production, unsafe power usage, pyrotechnics, open flames, or hazardous materials. Haze is allowed only with prior approval and proper ventilation.
